Can I register for more than one event?
You are most welcome to register for as many events you would like to attend. A registration page is available.

Does each event have a separate registration page?
There is a centralized registration for all events. You can click on them to register your attendance. However, for golf, we would need you to regiser in a separate register page as well.

If I already registered and I wish to change- to add or to de-register, how should I do this?
You can e-mail us at mbaalumni@ntu.edu.sg –in your subject you should indicate 20th Anniversary registration.

Do we have to pay participation fees?
Some of the events require participation fees, such as the golf tournament, celebration dinner and jazz night. As these events are subsidized by the business school, we will be charging affordable fees, which will be announced soon, in the respective events pages. In the registration page, event s that will require fees are highlighted by an asterisk.

What is the dress code for each event?
Each event requires different attire that is suitable to the respective occasion or event.
For the more formal events such as celebration dinner, guests are requested to wear formal clothing. This means coat & tie for men and for ladies, formal wear .
For the other events, casual business wear is encouraged.
For the sports event, sports clothing is required though if not playing, casual wear is okay.

You may wish to book with our own NEC or expereince the latest thing in Singapore, Marina Bay Sands. Alternatively, you can contact our partner travel agency should you need help [contact details below] or do the bookings on your own.

Nanyang Executive Centre

Located within the campus. As alumni , you can get 10% off the normal price and make booking with (NEC) directly. The room rates can be found here. The booking form provided by NEC is attached.

To get the discount, alumni are required to indicate their name, graduation year, school and program name in the field "School/dept/company name" in the booking form. This is for NEC to verify alumni's information with Alumni Office.

Please note that the rooms are offered on a first-come-first serve basis.

Marina Bay Sands

Room rates start at $330 per Atrium Deluxe Room for end-Oct, (versus their internet rate at $339) and they only offer a maximum of 10 rooms at this rate. Visit their website to book www.marinabaysands.com
